a little late to the party, but i got a few (free) suggestions breakbeat paradise has a lot of really good samples spanning across a ton of different instruments and genres: https://breakbeat-paradise.com/bb_samples.php
looperman is a website where people can upload, again, a wide variety of samples: https://www.looperman.com
finally, even though i don't use them much, bvker has a few free sample packs (mainly drumkits) that you can download on their website: https://bvker.com/free-downloads/
hope you can get some use out of these!
THANK YALL FOR ALL THE COMMENTS! I’ll be sure to try out all of the packs soon!
Kiwiquest Essencials pack, it has every drum loop you could ever want and a bunch of acapellas, and a section dedicated to Sega samples but it's got a lot in it
you can use ayybeff essentials vol. 1, its a sample pack which has sounds very similar to those of kawaii sprite
I recommend using popular breaks like amen break and things like that, a lot of popular fnf songs use that so you can use it.
for samples search up sonic cd samples they have some funky stuff
for getting better at music though, its usually just going about your own pace and improving your craft but you can also watch producers videos as well (they dont have to be fnf related you can still learn some pretty cool stuff from them) one i recommend is simon servida, he's one of my favorite music producer to watch and he has some neat tutorials in their older videos that helped me understand more with music making

i recommend using stuff like hideki music or amen breaks to give your music more funk
