I remember there was a mod about this clown that I think Boyfriend either fought in a McDonalds or a HomeDepot and there was a second song in freeplay where the clown has a heart attack, I have been trying my best to find the mod but I can't, if you know anything of the mod, please help.

I have almost no clue. Best match is the Ronald Mcdonald "Easy" mod from ages ago. You could also be reffering to McMadness (Vs. Ronald) Mod as well. I'll look into it more though
