Hi! I have recently started researching the concept of crowdfunding using blockchain technology and have come across a number of interesting ideas and projects. However, I have a few questions that are bugging me and I hope you can help me figure them out. What do you think are the main advantages of using blockchain for crowdfunding compared to traditional methods?

When I first started researching crowdfunding using blockchain technology, I had many questions too. However, with experience, I have come to understand several key advantages that make blockchain attractive for these purposes. First, transparency. Blockchain allows all project participants to see how funds are spent. Unlike traditional platforms, where information on expenses is often hidden or unclear, blockchain provides full accessibility of data, which significantly increases investor confidence. Second, security. Due to cryptographic data protection and the decentralized nature of the network, funds on a blockchain-based platform are much more difficult to steal or counterfeit. This is especially important for users who are concerned about the security of their investments.
I am also interested in blockchain crowdfunding and would like to share my observations. While researching the issue, I came across an article about Crowdfunding with blockchain, which helped me better understand the advantages of blockchain in this area. The main difference of blockchain crowdfunding is transparency. Each contribution is recorded in a distributed registry, which eliminates the possibility of manipulation or fraud. For me, this was a decisive factor in trusting the projects. The second advantage is decentralization. Blockchain allows you to directly interact with project creators, bypassing intermediaries. This reduces costs and speeds up the financing process.
